Pride 360o Manifesto
My pride comes from deep inside me, and it is all around me. It burns with a passion that cannot be contained. It is equal parts who I am, where I come from and what I will accomplish. It is ingrained in my history, my past and my purpose.
I take pride in myself because I know there is no limit to what I can accomplish.
I take pride in my family because they have made me who I am, and have given me the strength and support to achieve my dreams and goals.
I take pride in my community, because they are my history and my heritage.
I take pride in my work because I know I can make a difference, and find satisfaction in a job well done. I believe in treating customers with respect and courtesy, because pride grows when you pass it on.
Pride 360o is my reminder that KFC shares my beliefs, and wants everyone to feel the same pride within them regardless of race, sex or creed. Because what we honor today comes full circle tomorrow.
Individual
Individual pride means recognizing the good in oneself: a culmination of family, past and dreams. Be inspired to achieve your greatest potential and be the best person that you can be.
Heritage
Many people suffered great hardship to pave our way. If you forget where you come from, you can't see where you're going. As we remember, we are able to pave the way for someone else.
Family
Family is the rock that our foundation is built upon. Everything we do, good or bad, is a reflection on them. We must do our best to repay their confidence in us by believing in each other.
Community
Community helps us remember we are not alone. The mutual support we give each other helps us to be positive influences. It is our responsibility to pay it forward believing everything we do to help others will come back.
